Overview

Responsibilities
Develop personalized lesson plans that align with students’ learning styles and educational goals
Assess students’ progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Foster a supportive and encouraging workplace to build students’ confidence and motivation
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement
Maintain organized records of tutoring sessions, student achievements, and feedback
Stay updated on best practices in tutoring, teaching methodologies, and early childhood education trends

Qualifications
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with young children
Robust knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmental stages




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with children and parents
Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for helping students succeed
Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
Prior experience working with children is highly preferred
Relevant certifications or educational background in education or related fields are a plus
