This role suits someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and handles confidential information with complete discretion.
Why Apply?
Competitive hourly rate of $26–$30/hour
Consistent Monday–Wednesday schedule that supports work-life balance
Direct exposure to the executive team of a growing public company
Central downtown Vancouver location, close to transit
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage complex, frequently changing executive calendars, prioritizing commitments and coordinating across time zones
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
Prepare,
format, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and board or investor materials
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, room bookings, set-up, and follow-up on action items
Act as a qualified point of contact for executives with investors, partners, and external stakeholders
Process expense reports and help with invoice coding in coordination with the accounting team
Maintain organized, accurate electronic and physical filing systems, including confidential records
Support the front office as needed, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
What You Bring
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role supporting executives
Robust proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a qualified, approachable manner
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
Proven discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information
Experience in a publicly listed company, or in mining or resources, is an asset
