We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our amazing dental practice for Saturdays. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a friendly and qualified environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and knowledge of Dentrix. This position is perfect for a licensed RDH looking to contribute to a team-focused practice while working primarily on Saturdays. Our practice is closed all long weekends.
Responsibilities
Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and polishing procedures to maintain optimal oral health of patients.
Assist in patient education regarding oral hygiene practices and treatment plans.
Take dental radiographs as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments using Dentrix
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns professionally and compassionately.
Manage patient flow efficiently to ensure timely appointments while maintaining quality care standards.
Requirements
Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Alberta
Experience with Dentrix
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and patient care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team on Saturdays.
Pay: $58.00-$72.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7.5 per week
