The Financial Analyst delivers consistent, accurate, and timely information and analysis while providing excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.Hours of Work:Monday to FridayPay Rate:$33.80-$46.79Qualifications & RequirementsEducationDegree in business or relevant program of study; ExperienceMinimum 3 years financial / clinical analysis experience including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business case development (healthcare preferred)Demonstrated experience in account reconciliations and year-end external auditExperience using multiple data sources (financial, statistical, case costing, CIHI databases, Ministry data) to develop and prepare analysisRequired SkillsPromotes a positive team workplace where staff can identify opportunities, problem solve and implement strategies to improve processesDemonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships with clinical and administrative leaders across the organization and within the regionAbility to work under time constraints and meet deadlines, address critical issues relating to changing organizational climate and personnel issues.Self-directed,
