Windmill Developments Group is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager on projects without an Assistant PM. The SPC handles filing, invoicing, meetings, and safety documentation, contributing to productive operations from pre-construction through occupancy.

You will coordinate with neighbors, consultants, and vendors, maintain Procore/SharePoint filing, assist with permit applications, and help with handover logistics, ensuring compliance with Ontario OHSA.
