Pyka seeks an Assembly and Prototyping Technician for a cross-functional hardware role. You will assemble mechanical and electrical systems, build prototype components, troubleshoot issues, and support testing. The work may span fabrication, precision assembly, integration, maintenance, and repair across evolving projects.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble aircraft structures, components, and systems using precision tools
Build, modify, fit, and iterate prototype parts
Install and test actuators, sensors, wiring, and connectors
Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues




Provide engineers feedback on fit and manufacturability
Requirements: Hands-on technical build, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, or repair experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting interest
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to follow drawings and technical instructions
