Operate waste collection trucks for Acden Workplace at Syncrude Basemine in Fort McMurray, with Class One licensing and commercial driving experience.
This permanent local position follows seven days on, seven days off, with 12-hour day shifts. You will support safe waste collection, transportation, and disposal while serving client sites. The work includes lugger, roll off, and frontload equipment, frequent loading and unloading, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Operate lugger, roll off, and frontload trucks
Complete multiple short trips with frequent loading
Inspect bins and report defects or condition
Conduct Commercial Vehicle Inspections and document deficiencies
Notify dispatch about delays, incidents, and breakdowns
Requirements: Valid Class One license or Class Three license with Airbrake endorsement
Minimum three years of commercial driving experience
Drivers abstract in good standing
Eligibility to work on all Acden client sites
Valid CSO, BSO, or CSTS and OSSA certification
Bring safe commercial driving, equipment inspection, and customer service skills to Acden Environment’s waste operations in Fort McMurray.
