AgeCare is looking for a dedicated Personal Support Worker to join their compassionate team. This role involves assisting residents according to established care plans, ensuring a safe and comfortable atmosphere. You will monitor care, document findings, and assist in training new staff while adhering to infection prevention protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care according to residents' individual care plans
• Monitor and document residents' health and well-being
• Attend educational sessions and staff meetings as directed
• Assist in onboarding new team members
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures for cleanliness

Requirements:
• Graduate of a Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program
• Meet vocational standards by relevant authorities
• Knowledge of geriatric care and sanitation practices
• Understanding of basic bedside care techniques
• Licensed or registered as necessary for the role
