This fixed-term, 18-month Accounts Payable Analyst contract supports maternity leave coverage. You will process invoices, reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and support accounting processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices across multiple entities or cost centers
Review coding, completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance
Reconcile statements and resolve vendor discrepancies proactively
Prepare cheque runs and electronic payments
Support month-end accruals, reconciliations, and variance follow-ups
Requirements: Accounting diploma or degree from a post-secondary institution
Four to seven years of progressive accounts payable experience
Ability to manage complex transactions independently
Robust analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
