Key Responsibilities: Coach team members through an active sales-floor presence

Assist hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management

Requirements: Two-plus years supervising retail or customer-focused teams
Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives

Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
Adaptable evenings, weekends, holidays, and physical requirements
