Deliver spinal cord rehabilitation nursing at UHN’s Lyndhurst Centre in Toronto, using health assessment and neurological care skills. This is temporary full time.
As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will support nursing care within the Spinal Cord Rehab Program. You will contribute to inter-professional care, patient education, care planning, and safe practice within scope. The work includes supporting Urology, Skin and Wound, botox, and ITB clinics.
Key Responsibilities: Provide education to patients and families about health promotion
Contribute to care planning and follow designed care plans
Provide safe, competent care within scope of practice
Support clinics including Urology, Skin and Wound, botox, and ITB




Participate in student mentorship and hospital-wide initiatives
Requirements: Current College of Nurses of Ontario general certificate
Recent health or physical assessment course completion
Basic Cardiac Life Support C level certification
Recent neurological rehabilitation nursing experience
Experience with trach care, suctioning, tube feeding, and bowel management
Apply registered practical nursing expertise in neurological rehabilitation, health assessment, and protected patient care at UHN’s Lyndhurst Centre.
