Lead front store operations at Shoppers Drug Mart in Pickering, managing customer service, staffing, and store performance. This is a full time position.
As Front Store Manager, you will oversee all store areas except Pharmacy, including cosmetics. You will lead staff, manage procedures, use financial resources, and ensure store objectives are achieved at 1355 Kingston Rd.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain Store Standards across the Front Store and backroom
Manage labour scheduling through Work Force Management
Ensure adequate staffing levels for effective business operations
Analyze financial reports and address planned-versus-actual discrepancies
Coach staff and conduct performance reviews
Requirements: Minimum five years of previous retail management experience
Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
Effective judgment and decision-making abilities
Superior interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
Robust business and financial acumen
