Key Responsibilities: Resolve advanced DIY automotive issues through identification and troubleshooting
Provide GAS3 selling experiences across customer ordering channels
Manage testing, battery installation, and wiper installation services
Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives




Perform key holder opening, closing, safety, and task assignments
Requirements: Three to five years of automotive parts experience
High school diploma or GED
ASE P2 certification or equivalent readiness preferred
Advanced automotive systems, parts lookup, and sourcing knowledge
Availability for diverse days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Use advanced parts knowledge, diagnostic ability, and customer-focused selling to support DIY automotive solutions and store performance.
