Business Development Representative - Commercial Cleaning
Fresh & Shiny Cleaning Services is growing its commercial cleaning work across Durham Region, Ontario, and is looking for a part-time Business Development Representative - Commercial Cleaning to support commercial sales and business development.

This is primarily digital and telephone-based work: researching prospective commercial customers, sending authorized professional introductions, following up, and arranging virtual meetings and occasional in-person appointments.

Location Durham Region, Ontario - Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Courtice and surrounding service areas

Employment Part time pilot

Pay $24 CAD per hour

Hours Approximately 3 paid hours weekly, depending on business needs; no guaranteed expansion

Schedule Business hours, with a consistent weekday to be determined by the owner

No commissions or guaranteed contracts are promised. Additional hours are not guaranteed. Occasional authorized business travel may be necessary; any travel arrangements are confirmed with the owner before field assignments. This is not a cleaning position and not an independent pricing or contracting role: the representative never sees internal rates, pricing formulas or margins, and cannot negotiate, promise discounts,



issue binding quotes or sign contracts - pricing, quotations, negotiations and contract approval always remain exclusively with the owner.

Primary responsibilities
The Business Development Representative - Commercial Cleaning will:

Visit offices, commercial buildings and condominium property managers across Durham Region

Introduce Fresh & Shiny Cleaning Services professionally

Distribute approved business cards, brochures and the commercial portfolio

Make authorized business development telephone calls and send approved introductory emails

Invite interested businesses to complete our Commercial Cleaning Assessment using the company referral link or QR code

Follow up on outstanding assessment requests and coordinate appointments

Record business visits, calls, responses and follow-up dates in our Operations system

Arrange assessment walkthroughs or consultations, subject to owner approval

Report weekly progress and opportunities
