The Front Store Manager oversees all Front Store areas except Pharmacy, including cosmetics. You will lead staff, deliver customer service, manage procedures, and help achieve store objectives. The position requires at least five years of retail management experience.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain Store Standards across Front Store areas and backroom
Manage labour scheduling through Work Force Management
Ensure adequate staffing levels for store operations
Coach staff and conduct performance reviews
Analyze financial reports and address discrepancies
Requirements: Minimum five years of previous retail management experience
Strong business and financial acumen
Superior interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
Ability to prioritize changing initiatives quickly
