Upper Canada Child Care is recruiting an Assistant Educator for a full time supply position. Apply early childhood knowledge while engaging children, supporting routines, and meeting Ministry of Education requirements. This fully in-centre position serves Boyne River PS, Adjala Central PS, and Tosorontio Central PS.
Key Responsibilities: Engage children in positive play-based learning experiences
Assist with meals, toileting, diapering, and dressing
Communicate with parents about programs and children
Complete charts, logs, reports, and administrative tasks
Collaborate with school personnel and team members
Requirements: Availability for morning and afternoon split shifts
Recent Vulnerable Sector Check
Health assessment and immunization record
Current CPR-C and Standard First Aid certification
Knowledge of children's developmental needs
Bring play-based programming, child supervision, and family communication skills to Upper Canada Child Care's Alliston school programs.
