As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support frontline Personal and Commercial Banking services. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and resolve concerns while protecting confidential information. Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary




Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
Recommend operational improvements supporting service excellence
Requirements: High School diploma and one-plus years relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet tools
Solid organizational, planning, and time management skills
