Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented, marketing coordinator looking to work in the West Island? Our client, a market leader distribution is looking for someone to join their Dorval location. We are looking for a detail-oriented meticulous individual with strong organizational skills to join our a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities As a Marketing Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
Assist with the implementation of new and existing products (diagram creation, identification #, pictures, pricing)
Prepare layouts, business cards, flyer nameplates, labels, and banners for all necessary products
Generate and manage internal and external communication
Define, select and coordinate various promotional materials between the marketing department, sales representatives and customers.
Help with events planning
Ad hoc duties as requested
Qualifications Requirements:
Post-secondary education in marketing, business administration or equivalent
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, social media skills
Basic graphic design background considered a strong asset
Bilingual( English and French)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, positive initiative and detail oriented
