Deliver person-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse at AgeCare Miller Crossing in Edmonton, with medication administration and care coordination.
Reporting to the Director of Care, this regular part time LPN provides goal-directed, patient-focused care under provincial standards. The position supports residents through assessments, care plans, documentation, transitions, education, and emergency response. Strong clinical knowledge, communication, critical thinking, and time management support interdisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate care documentation
Implement and evaluate care plans as required
Administer medications and treatments under policies and legislation
Coordinate care with physicians,



teams, and service providers
Respond to condition changes and manage medical emergencies
Requirements: Current provincial registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Senior or long-term care experience preferred
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Electronic documentation and Microsoft Office proficiency
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
Support AgeCare residents through compassionate nursing, accurate documentation, medication management, and coordinated care in Edmonton.
