To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currentlyseeking a Finance and Systems Analyst to own the structure and integrity of our financial data, connecting our ERP, production software, and FP&A; platform into one trusted source of truth.

You won’t just report the numbers. You’ll make themsomething the whole company can trust.

You’ll build and maintain a single, documented data modelacross our ERP, production software, and spreadsheets, and lead theimplementation and ongoing administration of our FP&A; platform, includingbudget, forecast, and cash flow models. You’ll find and fix ERP bottlenecks andvisibility gaps, filling reporting shortfalls with custom queries and extracts,and trace standard cost, bill of materials, and other accounting variances backtotheir source transactions. Then you’ll turn it all into Power BI dashboardsand streamlined Excel reporting that give management accurate, timely, usableinformation.

You won’t be doing it alone.



You’ll report to the CFO andwork with management and budget owners, in a small team where roles flex as thebusiness changes.

You might be our person if…

You understand accounting principles, includingthe general ledger, month-end close, inventory and cost of goods sold, journalentries, and financial statements

You have working knowledge of data modeling andcan reconcile data across sources and trace figures to their origin

You’ve worked in financial analysis, accounting,FP&A;, business intelligence, data analysis, or systems analysis

You’re advanced in Excel and have built reportsor dashboards in Power BI or a comparable tool

You communicate clearly in writing and inperson, and can explain technical topics to non-technical audiences

You have post-secondary education in Accounting,Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or anequivalent combination of education and experience

Bonus: you know cost accounting, inventoryaccounting, or standard costing, have manufacturing experience, or hold (or areworking toward) a CPA

Bonus: you bring SQL, Power Query, and DAX,familiarity with APIs and data integration, or experience administering an ERPor FP&A;/EPM platform
