Titre du poste: Expéditeur et Réceptionnaire Description du poste Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de toutes les tâches liées à l'expédition et à la réception des marchandises, de la préparation de la documentation d'expédition, et de la planification des transports. Le poste est situé à Lachine, l'un des sites satellites au Canada qui complètent nos installations de fabrication de taille moyenne et grande.
Responsabilités Sélectionner les pièces pour les commandes du site, les livrer aux postes de travail désignés et les stocker selon le bon ordre et codage, pour un rapport en temps opportun des transactions de solde disponible.

Charger les pièces sur des palettes ou des chariots.

Maintenir l'inventaire pour assurer la précision des pièces et des quantités.

Gérer les demandes internes et apporter de l'aide pour localiser les matériaux.

Préparation de la documentation d'expédition, de l'emballage et de l'arrimage des expéditions sortantes.

Charger et décharger les expéditions à l'aide d'un chariot élévateur dans le camion remorque (10 %).

Placement de l'inventaire dans l'entrepôt.

Participation aux inventaires physiques trimestriels pour assurer l'exactitude du comptage.

Assurer que le quai de chargement est prêt à recevoir le camion.

Maintenir le système de pièces Kanban pour le département d'expédition et de réception.

Fournir des commentaires et des recommandations pour améliorer l'efficacité du lieu de travail.

Élimination efficace des matériaux de rebut.

Maintenir les responsabilités quotidiennes de 5S.

Maintenir un environnement de travail sûr.

Travailler à partir d'instructions écrites ou verbales du superviseur, de documents de sélection générés par le système et de routines de travail établies.

Participer à un environnement qui favorise les objectifs et les philosophies de l'entreprise et encourage l'amélioration continue par la participation et le travail d'équipe.
