Intuit in Canada seeks a Tax Expert to assist clients in preparing their tax returns using TurboTax products and to provide tax guidance. This virtual, client-facing role involves delivering accurate service and documenting all customer interactions via our video tools.
You will work in English and French, require at least 2 years of paid tax preparation experience, and may need to provide a CRA RepID after onboarding. A versatile schedule with a minimum of 20 hours weekly is expected.
