The Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation seeks an Enrolment Officer to support accountable government administration. You will maintain Citizen enrollment files and genealogy charts, respond to inquiries, coordinate travel, and prepare financial documents. Microsoft Office, Adobe, basic bookkeeping, and records management systems are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Receive calls and visitors, determine inquiries, and redirect as necessary
Maintain Citizen enrollment files and genealogy charts
Coordinate travel, accommodations, meetings, catering, and electronic meeting accessibility
Prepare requisitions, purchase orders, claims, reconciliations, and agreements




Maintain confidential administrative and records management systems
Requirements: Certificate or diploma in office administration, or equivalent experience and training
Experience coordinating travel, records, correspondence, and financial transactions
Experience providing client service and responding to public inquiries
Ability to organize logistics for staff and events
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, bookkeeping, and records systems
Bring organized administration, enrollment coordination, and client service skills to support VGFN Citizens and government operations in Old Crow.
