Support project financial governance and accounting in Toronto through a hybrid contract focused on Eclipse, reconciliations, and reporting. This Monday-based schedule includes additional onsite days as required.
As a Project Control Officer Accountant, you will coordinate financial management across multiple workstreams. The work includes GL reconciliation, invoice review, forecasts, actuals updates, resource allocation governance, and executive reporting. You will also provide first-line Eclipse support.
Key Responsibilities: Support projects throughout every phase of their lifecycle
Maintain forecasts and track progress, risks, issues, and actions
Reconcile accruals, chargebacks, invoices, and actuals against plans




Prepare reporting for leadership and executive steering committees
Support resource allocation governance and Eclipse users
Requirements: Four years in project control or senior IT coordination
Strong accounting and project financial management experience
Experience with GL reconciliation and executive financial reporting
Ability to manipulate system data and prepare reports
Solid communication, collaboration, and attention to detail
Apply project controls, accounting expertise, Eclipse support, and financial storytelling across Toronto-based program workstreams.
