Support mature student recruitment at Nipissing University in North Bay through customer service, correspondence, and follow-up with prospective students. This is full time.
Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Recruitment, the Student Recruitment Officer works within the front-line recruitment team. The position builds awareness and supports enrolment through customer service, correspondence, follow-up, and liaison. Its portfolio focuses on serving mature and transfer students.
Key Responsibilities: Provide forward-facing customer service to potential future Nipissing students
Engage prospective students and supporters through correspondence and follow-up
Communicate with counsellors, teachers, professors, and representatives




Assist campaigns serving mature and transfer student populations
Adjust hours as department needs require with advance notification
Requirements: University degree
One to three years of customer service experience
One to three years of student recruitment experience
Sales, recruitment, or liaison experience considered an asset
Availability for rotating and flexible work hours
