Train customers on Husky Technologies machines using injection molding expertise and electrical or mechanical maintenance skills. Travel to customer locations approximately thirty weeks annually.
Technical Trainers serve as subject matter experts on Husky products, processes, operation, and maintenance. You will teach customer courses, resolve in office issues, and coordinate with Husky teams. The work includes learning new developments, maintaining training equipment, and creating training materials.
Key Responsibilities: Teach four-day courses at customer locations
Resolve customer issues upon arriving on-site
Coordinate communication among Husky teams and customers
Maintain equipment in the Husky Training Lab
Develop and teach Husky training courses
Requirements: Trainer experience; certification preferred
Electrical or mechanical machine maintenance experience
Expertise with the injection molding process
Post-secondary education or skilled trade certification
Five manufacturing-floor or three technical-training years
Apply injection molding, maintenance, and training expertise while representing Husky Technologies with customers across approximately thirty travel weeks.
