Lead Power BI reporting architecture and data governance as Turner & Townsend’s Data and Reporting Manager. Work across program data, dashboards, and executive analysis.
This management role owns reporting and analytics end to end. You will consolidate legacy reporting, establish a single source of truth, and ensure accurate client and executive information. The function works with document control, quality management, technical delivery, and client leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Design, build, migrate, and operate the program dashboard setting
Define data models, refresh cadence, access, and version control
Establish standards, validation, reconciliation, and audit-ready traceability
Produce trend, variance, forecasting, and early-warning analysis




Direct reporting analysts and document control staff
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
Seven years’ reporting, analytics, or business intelligence experience
Two years leading reporting functions or supervising analysts
Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Excel capability
Experience consolidating legacy reporting into modern dashboards
