As a Medical Writer and Design Specialist, you will support client-facing project teams across learning and healthcare marketing. You will research medical topics, write and edit scientific content, develop digital learning solutions, and help deliver materials for therapeutic areas and target audiences. The position reports to the Director, Healthcare Strategy and Client Services.
Key Responsibilities: Design client learning solutions for therapeutic areas and audiences
Develop digital learning using Articulate Storyline and Rise
Research medical topics and write accurate medical copy




Reference materials and support client review processes
Monitor timelines, deliverables, scope, and project communication
Requirements: Master’s degree in Life Sciences required
Robust writing and complex-information communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Articulate Suite experience considered an asset
Critical thinking and ambiguity-navigation abilities
Bring medical writing, digital learning, and critical thinking skills to Metrix healthcare projects as a remote-first Toronto specialist.
