Reporting to the Manager, Accounting, you will support timely, accurate internal reporting and safeguard corporate assets. You will also help ensure IFRS and other requirements are appropriately followed. The position involves collaboration with senior finance leaders, the Accounting and Finance department, and internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Review and post daily food and beverage sales
Prepare entries related to iGaming activities
Review and post weekly WCLC and VLT activity
Prepare working papers for GST filings
Complete reconciliations, deposits, accruals, and inventory entries
Requirements: One to three years of accounting experience
College or university degree
Robust knowledge of computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Organization, accountability, communication, and deadline management skills
Bring accounting experience, integrity, and detail orientation to PURE Casino Edmonton’s hybrid finance operations and reporting responsibilities.
