Semtech needs an NPI Product Engineering Coordinator skilled in program planning, Smartsheet tracking, and semiconductor supply logistics across global teams.
This coordinator owns operational planning for current product introduction programs from early silicon through production release. The position manages schedules, dependencies, materials, BOMs, lifecycle records, and documentation. Success requires coordination across Product Engineering, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain Operations, Planning, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Develop NPI schedules and track milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigations
Coordinate cross-functional tasks, deliverables, meetings, and status updates
Track wafer lots, shipments, samples, packaging, and purchase orders
Maintain part numbers, BOMs, routings, ECO alignment, and lifecycle status




Prepare product documents, waivers, PCNs, reports, and presentations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant supply chain or technical experience
Three to six years coordinating semiconductor NPI, supply planning, or operations
Experience managing complex schedules with cross-functional dependencies
Knowledge of BOM structures, ECOs, and product lifecycle management
Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet or equivalent
Coordinate semiconductor NPI execution at Semtech through disciplined planning, supply logistics, lifecycle management, and documentation.
