In this role, you'll have the chance to: Participate in recruitment and staffing activities (posting job openings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and hiring)
Welcome and support new employees during their onboarding
Update employee records and handle various HR administrative tasks
Participate in activities related to training, employee benefits, and the employee experience
Support the administrative follow-up of certain cases (CNESST, disabilities, personnel changes, etc.)
Design and format various documents, communications, and presentations
Collaborate on various improvement projects and HR initiatives
Provide general administrative support as needed by the department
