You will partner with the Store Manager to own business results and develop Key Leads and Sales Associates. This position combines floor leadership, coaching, customer service, and operational excellence. You will use KPIs, product knowledge, and needs-based service to influence performance.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales initiatives through clienteling and needs-based customer service
Own the sales floor during peak segments and moments
Coach teams through meetings, training, and daily floor leadership
Maintain inventory, shipment, and loss-prevention accuracy
Support hiring, onboarding, events,



and visual standards
Requirements: Proven senior retail leadership experience with premium or fashion brands
Robust people leadership, business acumen, and critical thinking
Ability to use KPIs, systems, tools, and business data
Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and changing business needs
Authorization to work in Canada and age eighteen or older
Bring resilient people leadership, customer focus, and operational discipline to Knix as an Assistant Store Manager.
