Support PCL’s learning infrastructure through LMS administration, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The position suits an analytical, detail-oriented professional with experience in learning systems, Power BI, and advanced Excel. You will help enable scalable learning experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and optimize automated LMS learning assignments
Provide technical support and troubleshoot LMS administrator issues
Partner with stakeholders on learner and business needs
Coordinate configurations, upgrades, and resolutions with Cornerstone




Deliver LMS training for administrators, managers, and learners
Requirements: Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Three to five years in learning or HR systems
Strong understanding of learning management systems and records management
Advanced Excel skills for analysis, validation, and reporting
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Apply LMS administration, stakeholder collaboration, and technical troubleshooting skills to support PCL’s learning infrastructure in Edmonton.
