Gather and document business requirements for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with AEM developers, QA teams, UX designers, and business stakeholders.

Support AEM Sites, content authoring, templates, components, workflows, and Digital Asset Management (DAM).

Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder sign-off using Jira and Confluence.
