Phantom Logistics is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Business Development professionals to join our team in:

? Greater Toronto Area

? Atlantic Canada

We’re looking for someone who knows the transportation industry, understands what shippers need, and has a proven ability to develop profitable, long-term customer relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

- Developing new shipper and customer relationships
- Growing FTL reefer and dry van business
- Identifying dedicated and contract opportunities
- Building recurring, high-volume freight opportunities
- Negotiating sustainable and profitable business
- Developing and growing key accounts

Who we’re looking for:

✓ Proven transportation/logistics sales experience

✓ Strong understanding of FTL transportation

✓ Existing shipper and industry relationships are a strong asset

✓ Experience with reefer and/or dry van freight

✓ Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills

✓ A mindset focused on both revenue growth and profitability
