As part of the Projects & Planning team, you will connect leaders and teams through strategic planning, business analysis, organizational change, and corporate communications.

You will help bring priorities from definition through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and track strategic and operational plans
- Lead planning discussions aligning objectives, priorities, and initiatives
- Coordinate monthly progress meetings with business champions
- Define project scope, risks, budgets, timelines,



and requirements
- Communicate milestones and support change adoption

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in planning, analysis, projects, or change management
- Relevant business, technology, or project management education
- Solid stakeholder relationships and communication skills
- Cross-functional scheduling, meeting, and follow-up experience
- Analytical, organizational, and presentation abilities
