Key Responsibilities:

Direct Infant Care: Feeding, burping, changing diapers, bathing, soothing, and managing nap/sleep schedules.
Development & Activities: Organizing age-appropriate play, reading, singing, and supporting developmental milestones (e.g., tummy time).
Health & Safety: Maintaining a clean and protected nursery, sterilizing bottles, administering medication if needed, and transporting to appointments.
Household Duties (Child-Related): Preparing infant meals/bottles, doing baby laundry, tidying play areas, and organizing baby supplies.

Communication: Keeping detailed daily logs (feeding, sleep, activities) and communicating with parents about the baby's well-being.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Experience with infants and newborns.

CPR/First Aid certification (infant-specific is ideal).

Patience, nurturing personality, and multitasking ability.

Strong understanding of child development.

Flexibility with hours.

Clean driving record and reliable transportation (if required).
