The Role
Through our portal, you will be onboarded and deployed as a dedicated Customer Success Manager owning a portfolio of childcare center accounts. Your primary objective is to drive client retention and revenue growth by optimizing end-to-end enrollment funnels and maintaining a high-touch client relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Own the client relationship from post-onboarding through long-term retention across your assigned childcare accounts.
Full-Funnel Oversight: Monitor and analyze overall campaign throughput (meta ads and gohighlevel CRM)
- from paid Facebook/Instagram ad engagement to lead capture, tour booking rates, and final enrollment close rates.
Proactive Leadership: Lead structured client calls and maintain communication channels, anticipating account constraints before the client raises them.
Performance Optimization: Execute weekly reporting to identify core bottlenecks in each client’s enrollment pipeline and build actionable 7-day resolution plans.
Schedule & Compensation:
Schedule: Core availability Monday–Friday during North American business hours for live client calls, plus versatile, asynchronous campaign oversight across the weekend (approx. 4–6 hours).
Compensation: $6,000 USD/month guaranteed base (Independent Contractor agreement) + uncapped performance bonuses tied to portfolio retention.
