Front Store Manager - Full Time

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays

This will be an exciting position for an engaging and highly motivated individual. The candidate must have experience in retail management and a strong customer service background. We are seeking someone who believes in a lead by example approach to coach and guide all team members. The successful candidate will be an individual who is not afraid to use cutting-edge methods for effective communication to maintain a strong team environment for MacQuarries Pharmasave.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop front store team members.
- Employee Engagement
- Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming store environment.
- Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and promotional execution.
- Manage scheduling, staffing,



and daily operational needs.
- Support a positive store culture that reflects our values of Attitude, Behaviour, and Contribution (ABC’s).

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in pharmacy, grocery, or high-volume retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and store operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
