We know how much goes into making a dental appointment run smoothly. From anticipating what the dentist needs to helping a nervous patient feel comfortable, you're often managing a dozen little things that make a big difference. We value the skills, attention to detail and teamwork that you bring to the operatory, and we believe that deserves recognition and respect.
As a founding team member, you'll work directly with the dentist to help establish our clinical workflows, organize operatories and shape how we deliver patient care. We're investing in up-to-date, ergonomic equipment and professional development, and your experience and ideas will help define our workplace culture.

What you’ll do
- Provide chairside assistance during general dentistry procedures.
- Prepare and turn over operatories,
organize instruments and supplies, and maintain equipment.
- Take dental radiographs, perform iTero scans and assist with other clinical procedures within your scope.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, follow infection prevention and control protocols, and help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
What you’ll bring
- Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program and appropriate Ontario Level II qualifications.
- Applicable radiography/HARP qualifications and current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in general dentistry, strong chairside skills and confidence with clinical technology.
- Attention to detail, reliability, clear communication and a willingness to support your teammates.
