Company Overview:

Paku Foods makes fresh ready-to-eat Japanese products (Onigiri) in Toronto and delivers daily to more than 80+ businesses across the GTA. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to open new wholesale accounts and look after our existing ones. This field-based role involves visiting cafés, grocers, convenience stores, campuses, and offices, running tastings, and building lasting relationships with buyers and owners. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a record of winning new B2B accounts, and the discipline to work independently on the road.

Experience in food, beverage, or CPG sales is valued. You will work directly with the owners of a small, fast-moving team.

Qualifications:

- B2B field sales, route sales, or account management, with a record of opening current accounts preferred
- Experience managing an existing book of accounts with CRM: issue resolution, and retention
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
- Familiarity with Toronto and the GTA, and comfort driving and parking across the city
- Strong spoken and written English, with a professional manner with buyers, managers,



and owners
- Comfort with pricing, margins, and basic sales math (net sales, returns, par levels)
- Self-directed: you plan your own routes and work independently on the road and from home
- Preferred: existing relationships with GTA buyers or operators
- Preferred: direct-store-delivery or consignment experience, or experience launching a young brand
- Preferred: knowledge of Japanese or Asian food products

Pay and Benefits

- $60,000 to $100,000 a year: Base salary plus commission and signing bonuses, with $100,000+ first-year potential at target performance (an estimate, not a guarantee)
- Signing bonus for each new account, paid after the account's first month
- Commission on net sales for the first 6 months of each account you sign
- Additional performance bonus on new-account net sales
