About Us

RealEstAi is a Calgary company building conveyancing software for Alberta real estate law firms. Our platform reviews transaction documents, flags discrepancies and automates the paperwork, so lawyers can focus on their clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a self-starter to grow RealEstAi's presence with law firms across Alberta, starting in Calgary. You'll own each sale from first contact to signed firm. That means finding prospects, building relationships in person and by phone, running demos and closing. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting out into the market and creating opportunities from scratch.

What You'll Do

- Research and prospect law firms through cold calls, email and in-person drop-ins
- Qualify leads and run product demos for lawyers and their conveyancing teams
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM and close new firms
- Support onboarding and grow accounts after launch
- Help with marketing campaigns, events and follow-up outreach




- Share client feedback and market insights with the product team

What You'll Bring

- B2B or SaaS sales experience, including outbound prospecting and closing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized, self-directed and consistent with follow-up
- Comfortable with CRM tools and quick to learn new software
- Willing to travel to law firms around Calgary and across Alberta
- A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience

Nice to have: experience in legal tech, real estate law or the mortgage industry, startup experience, or a network in Calgary's legal community. What Success Looks Like A steady pipeline of qualified firms, demos that turn into signed customers, and firms that stay and grow with RealEstAi.
