We are seeking a Senior Specialized IT Consultant –

- IBM Maximo Manage with extensive hands-on experience in Maximo configuration, functional implementation, work management, asset and location management, data migration, and enterprise system integration. The successful candidate will support the IBM Maximo Manage implementation for the Corporate Real Estate Management Division, contributing to solution design, configuration, testing, integration, cutover, go-live preparation, stabilization, and knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered multiple full-cycle Maximo implementations and possess strong expertise in preventive maintenance, work orders, service requests, security, workflows, vendor and contractor processes, and ERP integration.

Must Have
- 10+ years of hands-on Maximo configuration experience, including direct work in Organization, site setup, Application Designer, Database Configuration, Security Groups, and related Maximo configuration.
- Successfully delivered a minimum of 3 full-cycle Maximo implementations as a Maximo application consultant, not as an end user, super user, or project manager.
- Proven experience configuring end-to-end Work Management in Maximo, including:
- Service Request (SR) to Work Order (WO) lifecycle.
- Job Plans, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Work Types.
- Planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
- Vendor/contractor work and follow-on work.

- Deep experience with the Maximo data model and setup, including:

- Assets, Locations, Classifications, and Meters.
- Preventive Maintenance hierarchies and job plan structures.

- Hands-on data migration experience, including legacy Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to Maximo mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and load cycle support.
- Working knowledge of Maximo integrations with ERP systems and experience writing integration specifications.
- Experience driving System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and go-live activities, with the ability to diagnose issues across configuration, data, workflows, and security.

Description The City requires a Senior IBM Maximo Manage Specialist to provide hands-on functional, configuration,



and implementation expertise for the City's IBM Maximo Manage implementation for the Corporate Real Estate Management Division. The specialist will support Maximo Manage design, configuration, data migration, and integration design and build, testing, cutover/go-live preparation, stabilization, and knowledge transfer.

At a Minimum, The Assignment Will Focus On

- Facilities maintenance.
- Asset and location management.
- Service requests.
- Work management.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Inspections.
- Mobile work execution.
- Vendor and contractor processes.
- Security and workflow.
- Reporting.
- SAP/SAP BTP integration touchpoints.

The original assignment description states that the assignment is expected to begin on or around August 24, 2026, for approximately twelve (12) months, with a possible extension at the City's discretion. Work will generally be performed during the City's normal business hours in the Eastern Time Zone. Deliverables The Successful Candidate Will Contribute To The Following Deliverables

- Maximo Manage design recommendations, configuration options, and decision notes.
- Review comments on configuration workbooks, workflows, security, reports, dashboards, mobile setup, and related implementation artifacts.
- Configuration/build validation findings, including issues, gaps, risks, and recommended corrections.
- Fit/gap findings, assumptions, risks, and recommended resolution options.
- Data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and migration readiness input.
- Integration review input for SAP/SAP BTP, MREF/TRIRIGA, APIs, mappings, error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, and testing.
- Test scenario input, defect triage notes, root-cause analysis, and configuration validation findings.
- Release and setting promotion readiness input across development, test, pre-production, and production environments.
- Cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization readiness input.
- Knowledge transfer notes, walkthroughs, job aids, or sustainment support documentation.
- Regular status updates, issue/risk inputs, blockers, and recommended next steps.
- Deliverables may be provided as formal documents, review comments, working-session outputs, annotated artifacts, decision notes, issue logs, or other written outputs accepted by the City Project Manager.

Experience And Skill Set Requirements

- Maximo Configuration and Implementation Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on Maximo configuration experience, including direct work in Organization, site setup, Application Designer, Database Configuration, Security Groups, and related configuration of Maximo.




- Successfully delivered a minimum of 3 full-cycle Maximo implementations as a Maximo application consultant, not as an end user, super user, or project manager.

- Job Plans, PMs, and Work Types.
- Planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
- Vendor/contractor work and follow-on work.

- Deep experience with the Maximo data model and setup, including:

- Assets, Locations, Classifications, and Meters.
- PM hierarchies and job plan structures.

- Data Migration Experience
- Hands-on data migration experience, including:

- Legacy EAM to Maximo mapping for Assets, Locations, PMs, and WOs.
- Data validation, reconciliation, and load cycle support.
- Ability to identify data-related defects versus configuration defects.

- Integration and ERP Experience
- Working knowledge of Maximo integrations with ERP systems.
- Experience writing integration specifications.
- Experience reviewing integration touchpoints involving SAP/SAP BTP, MREF/TRIRIGA, APIs, mappings, error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, and testing.
- Testing, Defect Management, and Go-Live
- Experience driving SIT and UAT activities.
- Experience with defect triage and root-cause analysis.
- Experience supporting go-live, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.
- Ability to diagnose issues across configuration, data, workflow, and security.
- Experience contributing to configuration/build validation and recommending corrective actions.
- Documentation and Knowledge Transfer
- Ability to provide design recommendations, configuration options, and decision notes.
- Experience reviewing configuration workbooks, workflows, security configurations, reports, dashboards, mobile setup, and implementation artifacts.
- Ability to prepare knowledge transfer notes, walkthroughs, job aids, and sustainment support documentation.
- Ability to provide regular status updates, identify issues and risks, communicate blockers, and recommend next steps.
