About the Role
Join a team building AI tools for engineering design and simulation of physical systems. You will help develop an agent-driven product, shipping features quickly and taking ownership from early concepts through production.
What You'll Do
- Work with a frontend engineer to improve the product interface and accelerate releases.
- Take on increasingly backend-focused full stack work across product features, infrastructure, and systems.
- Own features end to end, including architecture, deployment, and reliability.
- Establish and promote effective practices for AI-assisted development across the team.
- Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers and AI researchers to prototype and improve product ideas for industrial customers.
What We're Looking For
- Typically 3 to 10 years of software or full stack engineering experience.
- Strong backend skills, solid mid-level frontend capabilities, and experience with React, TypeScript, and .NET.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding agents and the judgment to debug and refine their output.
- Experience taking products or major features from concept to production, ideally in a startup workplace with shifting priorities.
- Ability to own architecture, deployment, and reliability with limited oversight.
- Interest in physical systems, engineering design, CAD, or simulation, and experience beyond computer vision, robotics, or self-driving domains.
- Based in the United States or Canada and authorized to work there without sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $200,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
