Senior Bridal & Eveningwear Garment Maker

Position: Part-time preferred; experienced contract candidates may also be considered.

PRIVÉE Reserve is a growing bridal and eveningwear brand preparing for increased production demand for the 2027 bridal season. We are seeking an experienced garment maker to join our team and help bring our collection to life through exceptional craftsmanship, precise construction and beautiful finishing.

Responsibilities

- Construct bridal gowns, evening dresses and formalwear.
- Work with patterns, samples, design references and production instructions.
- Handle delicate fabrics, lace, satin, chiffon, tulle, organza and embellished materials.
- Construct structured bodices, corsetry, boning, linings and multi-layer skirts.
- Complete detailed hand-finishing and machine sewing.
- Maintain consistent quality while meeting production deadlines.
- Collaborate with our design and production team to improve workflow and output.

Requirements





- Minimum 10 years of professional garment-making experience preferred.
- Demonstrated bridal, couture or luxury eveningwear construction experience.
- Strong industrial sewing machine and hand-sewing skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve construction problems.
- Excellent attention to detail, reliability and time management.
- A portfolio or photographs demonstrating completed garments.

Pattern-making experience is an asset.

An prospect to join a growing bridal brand, contribute to an established collection and help expand production capacity for the 2027 season. Compensation will reflect experience, technical ability and the agreed employment arrangement.
