Location: Kelowna, BC

Big Hearts Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to join our Developmental Disabilities Program in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities as required.
- Promote independence, dignity, and community participation.
- Support daily routines and individual care plans.
- Monitor clients' well-being and report changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous caregiving or developmental disabilities support experience is an asset.
- Community Support Worker or related education is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Recent and satisfactory Criminal Record Check required.
- First Aid and CPR certification may be required.
- Must be available to work in Kelowna, BC.

Schedule : Mondays and Tuesday from 10am to 1pm.

Rate: $30/ HOUR
