Core Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Lead the shift, delegate tasks, and maintain a high sense of urgency during peak business hours.
- Quality Control: Ensure food safety standards, strict meat temperatures, and precise Five Guys recipes are followed by all team members.
- Customer Service: Address guest concerns quickly, ensure orders are accurate, and maintain an upbeat, friendly environment.
- Sanitation & Cleanliness: Uphold the strictest standards for restaurant cleanliness, kitchen organization, and personal hygiene.
- Inventory & Cash: Conduct inventory counts, manage product prep (like cutting the fresh potatoes), and handle shift drawers or deposits.
- Team Development: Coach, train, and motivate the crew,



ensuring they follow uniform and conduct guidelines.
