Position: Sales and Account Representative

Duties:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential current clients while uncovering growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and prospective partners.
- Provide technical sales support, product demonstrations, and post-sale account management to ensure client success and ongoing business retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and swift issue resolution.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, renewal, and upselling targets.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, account reviews, and business proposals to key decision-makers.

Skills:

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer purchasing trends, account performance, market demand, and competitor activity.




- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of establishing trust and long-term client loyalty.
- Advanced negotiation skills to close new sales deals, secure contract renewals, and optimize account profitability.
- Proven experience in end-to-end account management, including client onboarding, order tracking, and ongoing client advisory.
- Demonstrated success in active prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, and client relationship expansion.
- Bilingual in English and French is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with wholesale supply chains, logistics, or commercial distribution is an asset.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage pipeline activities, account histories, and sales metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$24.00 per hour
