Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, efficiency in food and beverage service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The Server will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Duties

- Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and process transactions with cash handling skills
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage table settings, cleanliness, and sanitation throughout the shift
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed, adhering to food handling regulations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively
- Must be able to work within operating hours from 6pm - 12am on Sunday - Thursday and 6pm - 2am on Friday & Saturday

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable but not required; training will be provided for those new to the industry
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or kitchen support is advantageous

Pay: $17.60-$28.96 per hour
