WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

You'll usually visit 1–2 homes a day, occupied and move-in/move-out, working solo, with a partner, or as part of a team. Expect:

- Detailed kitchens and bathrooms

- Vacuuming and mopping

- Dusting and surface cleaning

- Deep-cleaning tasks

- Plenty of furry clients (most of our homes have pets!)

This is a hands-on, steady-paced job. You'll be on your feet, bending, lifting, and moving most of the day. It's real work, and at the end of it you get to see exactly what you accomplished.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

YOU'LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU

- Show up when you say you will (our clients count on it)

- Notice the details other people miss

- Work well on your own without someone checking in constantly

- Bring a positive, respectful attitude into every home

- Genuinely like pets

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

- A reliable, insured vehicle and comfort driving between homes daily, including winter driving (in safe conditions)

- A smartphone with data for scheduling and team communication

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle repetitive movement throughout the day

- A clear criminal record check (you'll be working inside clients' homes)

- Ability to wash your cleaning cloths at home (allowance paid at $2/home).

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

ROOM TO GROW

Strong team members can earn more hours, raises, and added responsibility over time, with ongoing support from our supervisors along the way.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

PROBABLY NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU

- Prefer slow-paced or low-activity work

- Have availability that changes week to week

- Find physically demanding work difficult

- Don't enjoy cleaning or working in different environments
